Please read the following policies when considering a custom order design for yourself.

*A 50% deposit is required upon ordering your custom piece.

*The balance must be paid in full prior to shipping.

*Allow anywhere from 2-6 weeks for your custom order to ship as each one is handmade to order or has been placed into production.

*If you decide to cancel your custom order once the production process has started, the 50% deposit is non-refundable as materials have been ordered and labor has already begun.
