No Returns

All sales are final and we do not accept merchandise for return. Because the majority of all works are one-of-a-kind, you may only submit a repair request within the first 60 days. Please read the repair section carefully. GhostLine Designs is not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from www.ghostlinedesigns.com.

Repairs

All GhostLine Designs products are guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damaging resulting from misuse will void this warranty.
For repairs, please email info@ghostlinedesings.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. GhostLine Designs will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
